Job summary

Glossopdale School & Sixth Form is seeking an enthusiastic SENDCO to lead our SEND Team, building on the excellent work already in place and championing our SEND students. You will join our growing Leadership Team with a focus on inclusion and high expectations for all learners.

We look for an ambitious, experienced and dynamic leader who is hardworking and energetic, with expertise in key fields of inclusion and working with students with additional needs.

Qualifications

• Expertise in inclusion and working with students with additional needs.
• Proven leadership experience in a school setting.

• Proven track record in raising achievement for all students.
