Job summary

Bitwarden seeks a server and cloud enthusiast located in the UK to serve as a subject matter expert for Bitwarden and its services. You will lead technical planning and execution of new deployments for large Enterprise engagements, advise customers on full-stack security, and collaborate with Engineering to triage issues and feature requests.

You will act as a dedicated customer contact through Bitwarden ticketing and email systems, driving adoption and best practices while supporting post-sales

Qualifications

• Experience from a technical role (e.g., Systems Engineer, DevOps, IT Infra).
