Job summary

Bitwarden Inc. seeks a Principal Implementation Engineer for Customer Support. This remote role (UK) focuses on deployment planning, enterprise-scale implementations, and close collaboration with Customer Engagement Managers to ensure successful production deployments and adoption of Bitwarden features across customers.

You will become a product expert, guide customers through best practices, and support ongoing deployment enhancements while working with engineering and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Functioning as a Subject Matter Expert for Bitwarden and its services
• Leading technical planning and execution of new deployments for large Enterprise engagements
• Advising customers on industry best practices for the full Bitwarden stack
• Solving issues and identifying future solutions with customers
• Providing guidance for implementation and security during customer deployments
• Acting as a dedicated customer point of contact for named customers
• Participating in quarterly business reviews and environment audits
• Collaborating with Engineering and Product to triage bugs and feature requests
• Training and culture sharing within the Implementation Engineering Team
• Sharing best-practices and troubleshooting information with the team
• Leading internal projects including environment replication and automation
• Representing Bitwarden at customer meetings and events
