Job summary

Bitwarden seeks a server and cloud enthusiast located in the United Kingdom to join a fully remote Customer Success–Implementation team. You will become a Bitwarden product expert and partner with Customer Engagement Managers to deploy, implement, and adopt new features post‑sales across large Enterprise customers.

Responsibilities include SME leadership, deployment planning, best-practice guidance, troubleshooting, and cross‑functional collaboration with Engineering and Product teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent English and grammar.
• Experience in a technical position (e.g., Systems/Implementation/DevOps Engineer).
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Function as SME for Bitwarden and its services.
• Lead deployment planning and execution for large Enterprise deployments.
• Advise on best practices across the full Bitwarden stack.
• Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot and plan scalable solutions.
• Provide guidance for customer implementations and security postures.
• Act as point of contact for named customers through CRM systems.
• Participate in quarterly business reviews and feature adoption.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Product teams on bugs and requests.
• Mentor Implementation Engineers and share knowledge.
