Responsibilities

• Lead Service & Maintenance streams across IFS implementations.
• Run workshops with service, engineering, and ops teams.
• Design best-practice IFS Service / Maintenance solutions.
• Support pre-sales and collaborate across teams.
• Mentor junior consultants and act as a trusted advisor.
