National Highways is recruiting for a Lead Identity Manager to oversee Identity and Access Management, governance, and privileged access across operational and business environments. The role requires strategic and hands-on leadership, ensuring only authorised access and continuous improvement of security policies.

This hybrid post requires two days in the office weekly and may involve travel to UK offices. Candidates will be considered for SC clearance; residency requirements apply.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading security or technology functions.
• Experience in developing policies, strategies and processes.
• Proven ability to deploy security or technology services.

• Lead Identity Governance and Assurance, Privilege Access Management and JML.
• Oversee identity lifecycle management and authentication services.
• Enforce security policies to ensure appropriate access controls.
• Provide regular reporting on identity threats, risks and controls.
• Lead and deliver operational Identity Services and SOP development.
