Job summary

Kingston College's Creative Industries Centre is seeking a Senior Support Technician to deliver high-quality ICT support across the College Group, with a focus on Mac systems. You will provide 2nd/3rd line support, supervise Support Technicians, and ensure IT equipment and services run smoothly across sites.

The role requires a Level 3 qualification, strong MS Office skills, and experience with Mac/PC hardware, AV tech and printers. Some network knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
• Detailed experience of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line ICT support.
• Oversee day-to-day work of Support Technicians and ensure service levels.
• Support end-user IT equipment (desktop/mobile), AV equipment, printers and peripherals.
• Install, configure and maintain PC and Mac hardware and software.
