Job summary

Royal London, the UK’s largest mutual life, pensions and investment company, is seeking a Senior Resource Planning Analyst to join the Group Operations Planning and Performance team. The role covers Alderley Edge and Edinburgh with hybrid working, ensuring the right people are in the right place to deliver excellent customer service.

You will produce weekly and intra-daily resource plans, develop capacity and recruitment forecasts, and mentor Real Time Analysts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Resource Planning role.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to draw out key messages from data.
• Understanding of data processes and how to track performance.
• Knowledge and experience using workforce planning systems such as Verint or NICE IEX.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate weekly and intra-daily resource plans.
• Build and maintain capacity and recruitment plans.
• Support, develop and mentor the Resource Planning and Real Time Analysts.
• Build stakeholder relationships and provide inputs/advice as needed.
• Track adherence to plans to ensure accurate resource planning.
