Job summary

Royal London Group in Alderley Edge is seeking a Senior Resource Planning Analyst to join the Group Operations Planning and Performance team. You will provide short and medium-term resource planning across customer facing teams to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time to deliver world class service.

You will produce accurate weekly and intra-daily plans, develop capacity and recruitment plans, mentor Real Time Analysts, and build strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Resource Planning role is essential.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to draw out key messages from data.
• Understanding of data processes and how to track performance.
• Knowledge of workforce planning systems, ideally Verint or NICE IEX.

Responsibilities

• Support the Resource Planning Manager by producing accurate weekly and intra-daily resource plans, as well as building and maintaining capacity and recruitment plans.
• Support, develop and mentor the Resource Planning and Real Time Analysts.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships, working with them for inputs and advise where necessary.
• Track and monitor your adherence to plans to ensure accurate planning of resource.
• Optimise the workforce planning system ensuring Group Operations is resourced as close to customer demand profiles as possible.
