Job summary

National Highways seeks a Lead Identity Manager to drive Identity and Access Management, governance, privileged access, and authentication across business and operations. You will lead Vetting, JML accounts, and ensure access controls are effective and auditable.

The role is hybrid with two days per week in the office; SC clearance is preferred or attainable. You’ll mentor teams, develop SOPs, and align Identity Services with policy and risk management.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of security or technology service teams.
• Experience in developing and deploying security/tech services.
• Proven ability to lead or build tech teams.
• Experience creating security policies, strategies, and processes.
• Experience managing teams providing first/second-line operational support, using tools like ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Lead Identity and Access Management, including governance and authentication services.
• Direct privileged access management and vetting (Joiners, Movers, Leavers).
• Enforce and improve security policies to reduce unauthorised access and risk.
• Provide regular reporting of identity threats, risks and controls to stakeholders.
• Oversee Identity and Access Service delivery and lifecycle management.
