Job summary

National Highways is seeking a Lead Identity Manager to drive Identity and Access Management strategy and operations across our digital services. You will oversee lifecycle management, governance, privileged access, and authentication services, and lead Vetting Services and JML for joins, moves and leavers.

The role requires coordinating across office locations with hybrid working, ensuring policy compliance and continuous security improvements to protect critical assets and information.

Qualifications

• Experience leading security or technology functions delivering services.
• Proven ability to develop policies, strategies and processes.
• Experience in building or leading teams in a technology environment.
• Experience managing first/second-line support and ServiceNow usage.

Responsibilities

• Lead Identity and Access Management functions and provide strategic and operational leadership.
• Oversee identity lifecycle, access governance and privileged access management.
• Vetting services and JML accounts across environments.
• Enforce and improve security policies, standards and processes.
• Provide regular reporting of identity threats, risks and controls.
