Job summary

National Highways is seeking a Lead Identity Manager to steer Identity and Access Management, governance, and authentication services across our Digital Services. The role drives policy, lifecycle management, and risk reduction while aligning with business objectives.

The post is a hybrid role with two days per week in the office, across UK locations, with some travel. UK residency and SC clearance are considerations in the vetting process.

Qualifications

• Experience leading security or technology functions delivering services.
• Proven track record developing and deploying security or technology services.
• Experience building and guiding teams in a technology environment.
• Ability to develop policies, strategies and processes.
• Experience managing first and second-line support of operational services or using tools like ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Lead Identity and Access Management strategy, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Oversee privileged access, Vetting, and JML for identity services.
• Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and processes.
