Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Senior Project Engineering Lead to drive HVDC Control, Protection, Automation and V&V scope for key projects. You will manage budgets, define quality plans, implement change control and lead CPP engineering activities across in-house and supplier teams.

Ideal candidates hold an Electrical Engineering degree and have 5–10 project leadership experiences in EPC contexts, with strong English communication and risk management capabilities to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–10 projects in Lead Project Engineer role in EPC environments.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams with international suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVDC Control, Protection, Automation and V&V scope to meet schedule, budget and quality.
• Regular progress reviews covering time, cost, quality and risks.
• Deliver governance reports at least monthly.
• Ensure resources are used efficiently per established processes with CPP functions.
• Plan technical interfaces with partners, customers and contractors.
• Manage KPIs: FTY, OTD and budget for CPP scope.
