Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership teams to understand business goals and provide strategic HR solutions that drive the logistics division's performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: minimum 5 of HRBP experience, with a strong background in logistics or supply chain operations.

• Industry Knowledge: Significant experience in the logistics or supply chain industry, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and talent needs in this sector.
