Job summary

Zachary Daniels is seeking an HR Business Partner to support its supply chain operations in Ipswich. You will partner with senior leaders, coach managers on people management, and drive people strategy in a unionised, fast-paced environment.

You'll shape ER casework, employee relations, and change activity, using data to influence decisions and deliver improvements across the operation. This is a hands-on role where you will be visible at the heart of the business and collaborate with the wider

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a supply chain/operational setting.
• Strong experience working in a unionised environment.
• Confident managing complex employee relations cases and advising senior stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment while balancing strategic and operational work.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders across the supply chain and operations.
• Coach leaders on people management and ER practices.
• Lead on employee relations activity, including complex casework.
• Build relationships with union representatives and support ongoing engagement.
• Support organisational change, restructures and transformation initiatives.
• Use data and insight to influence decisions and drive performance.
