Job summary

Culina Group is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for our Contract Logistics operation across the South & East Midlands. You will partner with 3 Business Directors and senior leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies and lead a high-impact HRBP team.

Reporting to the Executive HRBP, you will drive organisational design, workforce planning and leadership development, using data to shape decisions and ensure consistent, fair people practices across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Substantial generalist HR experience gained within a complex, multi-site operation.
• Proven experience partnering senior leaders and translating business priorities into effective people plans.
• Strong experience in organisational change, workforce planning, talent, succession and leadership development.
• Experience managing or coaching HR professionals and improving team capability.
• Confidence using people and business data to generate insight and track outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent processes and policy application.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment practice and sound judgement in complex situations.
• Excellent influencing, stakeholder management, coaching and communication skills.
• Flexibility to travel regularly across a multi-site geography.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Directors and senior leaders to understand commercial priorities and workforce needs.
• Translate business plans into practical people strategies and measurable delivery plans.
• Lead strategic change, organisational design, workforce planning, talent, succession and engagement.
• Coach senior managers and high-potential colleagues to strengthen leadership effectiveness.
• Line manage and develop HR Professionals, building commercial acumen and data-driven change capability.
• Use people and business data to identify trends, risks and opportunities and turn insight into action.
• Provide strategic oversight of complex employee relations matters and support fair, consistent decision-making across sites.
• Collaborate with specialist People teams to embed programmes across multiple sites.
