Job summary

UCC Coffee UK&I is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with manufacturing and functional leaders across the Dartford and Milton Keynes locations. The role focuses on workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, leadership coaching, and organisational change to drive performance and an engaging colleague experience.

You'll work across multiple sites, manage complex ER cases, support restructures, and utilise people analytics to inform decisions, while upholding UK

Qualifications

• Significant HR Business Partner experience in manufacturing or FMCG.
• Experience supporting multiple sites and dispersed teams.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience with trade unions and collective consultation.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnering: Align people strategies with business objectives across Manufacturing, Operations, and Functions.
• Employee Relations & Employment Law: Lead complex ER cases and ensure policy compliance across sites.
• Manufacturing & Operations Support: Develop HR solutions for shift-based and frontline populations.
• Organisational Change & Transformation: Lead restructurings, TUPE, and change programmes with focus on colleague experience.
• Talent, Performance & Development: Support high-potential talent, performance reviews, and succession planning.
• Leadership Coaching: Coach managers, handle difficult conversations and improve leadership capability.
• Employee Engagement & Culture: Drive engagement, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion across locations.
• HR Projects & Continuous Improvement: Lead HR projects and optimise HR processes and analytics.
