WRK Digital is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive HR transformation across people, process and technology. You will lead requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement and deliver HRIS and Workforce Management projects, ensuring adoption and measurable benefits.

You'll work closely with HR, Technology and the wider business to shape solutions that boost efficiency, employee experience and growth. A strong track record in complex organisations is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating as a Business Analyst within complex organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience delivering business transformation and technology change initiatives.
• Excellent requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation skills.
• Strong understanding of testing, validation and user adoption processes.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive positive business change.
• Experience with HRIS implementations and workforce management solutions.
• Experience delivering HR technology transformation projects and data governance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Analyse and improve business processes, systems and information flows.
• Support the delivery of HR technology and transformation programmes.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional solutions.
• Work closely with technology teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support testing, training and change activities to drive user adoption.
• Contribute to business cases, delivery planning and benefits realisation.
• Mentor and support other Business Analysts across the function.
• Champion Business Analysis best practice and continuous improvement.
