Job summary

Network IT are working with a highly respected organisation to recruit a Senior Business Analyst to join a growing digital delivery function in Milton Keynes (Hybrid).

As the Senior BA you will lead business analysis across the full product and service lifecycle, partnering with stakeholders to shape requirements, document solutions, and drive delivery that delivers measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Business Analyst in digital, technology, or service transformation environments.
• Experience in Agile and iterative delivery teams.
• Proven ability to gather, analyse, validate, and manage complex business requirements.
• Experience producing process maps, service blueprints, user stories, acceptance criteria, and BA artefacts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis across discovery, design, delivery, and continuous improvement phases.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement to understand user and business needs.
• Map end-to-end services, processes, customer journeys, and workflows.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs.
• Support backlog management, refinement, prioritisation, and delivery readiness.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, Developers, Architects, and Testers to ensure solutions meet objectives.
• Analyse data and performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support risk, impact, and feasibility assessments.
• Present recommendations to stakeholders and governance forums.
• Champion continuous improvement and BA best practices.
• Explore AI-assisted tools to improve analysis and delivery outcomes.
