Qualifications

• Extensive Workday HCM experience with Core HCM knowledge.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver multi-year HR technology roadmaps.
• Ability to lead Workday optimisation programmes and transformation.
• Capability to challenge solution designs and influence decisions.
• Strong governance, planning, risk management and reporting skills.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end HR processes and HR operating models.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the HR Digital and Workday roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Lead Workday optimisation initiatives, enhancements and new capabilities.
• Provide functional leadership across Workday HCM, including multiple modules.
• Challenge designs to ensure fit-for-purpose, scalable solutions.
• Establish governance, prioritisation, RAID, and stakeholder reporting.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and partners to translate needs into solutions.
• Manage systems integrators and external delivery partners.
• Drive end-to-end HR process improvements and self-service adoption.
• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement for sustainable benefits.
• Define and track outcomes with measurable HR improvements.
