You will navigate across digital, technology and business transformation initiatives, translating complex data and processes into actionable recommendations for senior leadership, with exposure to regulated environments and SaaS/tech partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, requirements gathering and analysis across complex initiatives.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories and workflows.
• Map end-to-end customer and operational journeys and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Develop business capability maps and support wider business architecture activities.
• Build compelling business cases and influence strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology and senior leadership to ensure aligned outcomes.
• Coordinate UAT and ensure regulatory and customer requirements are met.
• Mentor other analysts and promote strong BA standards.
