Job summary

Liverpool City Region Combined Authority is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst (Workforce) to drive workforce transformation and organisational change. You will partner with leaders to understand workforce needs, analyse current and future requirements, and help design sustainable structures and operating models that support strategic objectives.

You will gather, analyse, and translate workforce data into actionable insights, influence decision-making, and contribute to the delivery

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Workforce Analyst, Organisation Design Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate workforce data into insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate relevant business analysis training and/or qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to understand workforce requirements and objectives.
• Support design and implementation of organisational structures and Target Operating Models.
• Map and document workforce processes, roles and capabilities.
• Analyse workforce data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Contribute to workforce planning activities and capability assessments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align workforce solutions with strategic objectives.
• Support delivery of organisational change initiatives.
• Ensure outputs inform decision-making and customer-focused improvements.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to support workforce transformation.
