Job summary
Center Parcs is seeking an experienced HR People Partner to impact our Forest House operations. You will partner with senior leaders, translating business priorities into practical people solutions, and drive organisational change while delivering expert guidance and high-quality People services.
Based at Forest House, you will toggle between strategic partnership and hands-on delivery, shaping decisions and supporting performance, culture, and employee experience across our UK villages.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner.
- Experience leading complex employee relations cases and organisational change.
- Experience turning people strategy into action through effective processes and initiatives.
- Ability to lead, coach and develop others.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Partnering: Partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into people solutions and drive the People strategy.
- Change Management & People Projects: Lead transformation, restructures, talent, performance and engagement initiatives.
- Employee Relations & Employment Law: Guide leaders on complex ER issues and ensure policy compliance.
- Operational Excellence: Drive consistent people practices, governance and core People processes.
