Job summary

Center Parcs UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced People Partner to shape business decisions from Forest House. You will partner with senior leaders, drive organisational change and lead a quality People service while providing expert guidance across workforce planning, talent, and governance.

You'll deliver practical, compliant people solutions, support performance and engagement initiatives, and help build a diverse, high-performing team in a growing, customer-focused leisure organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner, partnering with senior leaders and shaping decisions.
• Experience leading complex employee relations cases and organisational change.
• Ability to translate people strategy into practical processes and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnering: partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into people solutions and drive the People strategy.
• Change Management & People Projects: lead transformation, restructures, talent, performance and engagement initiatives.
• Employee Relations & Employment Law: manage complex ER cases and provide compliant, effective guidance.
• Operational Excellence: standardise people processes and governance across the business.
