Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. seeks a Senior HR Advisor for our Nutmeg site in Leeds, covering Nutmeg Brighouse. You’ll support managers on employee relations, drive engagement, and shape a high-performing culture. This full-time role operates Monday–Friday, 9–5, with flexibility as needed.

We offer a salary up to £39,000 per year, plus 25 days leave and a comprehensive benefits package including pension, private health options, and employee support services.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a generalist HR role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations case management.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Willingness to work towards professional accreditation when needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to provide expert HR advice across performance management and ER cases.
• Manage disciplinary, grievance, absence and ER cases with consistent policy application.
• Lead and support engagement initiatives, events and site communications.
