Darmann in Worcester, MA, is seeking an accomplished HR Manager to lead all HR activities and align people strategy with business goals. You will partner with the CEO and senior leaders to drive workforce planning, organizational design and talent development across an international manufacturing footprint.

The role requires a hands-on yet strategic leader who can modernize HR systems and processes while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience leading HR in manufacturing, industrial, or operational environments.
• Strong employee relations and leadership coaching demonstrated.
• Experience supporting hourly and direct labor workforces.
• Knowledge of recruiting, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, and organizational development.
• Legal knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and senior management.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing HR systems, policies and processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead all HR activities for the organization.
• Partner with the CEO and leadership on workforce planning, succession, org design and talent strategy.
• Develop and enhance HR systems, policies, processes, and infrastructure for growth.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, leadership development and performance management.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, compensation, benefits, workforce planning, and talent acquisition.
• Establish meaningful HR metrics and workforce KPIs for data-driven decisions.
• Support recruiting across manufacturing, engineering, technical, commercial and leadership roles.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement and employee development.
• Partner with operational leadership to maintain a safe, productive manufacturing environment.
