Job summary

Dandy is hiring an experienced HR professional to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company and help lead HR for our global expansion. In this role you will be a foundational member of the team, building out HR infrastructure as Dandy establishes new sites and entities internationally.

This role requires travel and onsite work at expansion locations as needed. You will partner with GMs and internal teams to ensure employees across our global sites have a seamless experience with People

Qualifications

• 5+ years as HR Generalist/Manager/BP or similar.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership and culture for global expansion.
• Serve as HR point of contact for expansion sites and Europe.
• Prepare HR documents and policy revisions tailored to local requirements.
• Create, iterate, and own HR policies and procedures for each new site/country.
• Ensure legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Streamline administrative HR operations across expansion geographies.
• Partner with site leadership to build People processes in new markets.
• Coordinate with recruiting and external partners to stand up HR operations.
• Assist payroll with relevant employee information across geographies.
