Working directly with the CEO and leadership teams, you will lead a multi-site HR function and drive capability, culture and organisational alignment to achieve growth.

The role demands strategic influence with practical delivery, strong leadership, and a track record in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience at HR Director/Head of HR level in manufacturing or complex operations.
• Strong strategic HR partner with board-level influence.
• Proven ability to drive organisational change and development.
• Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience with acquisitions, integration or restructuring.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Group-wide HR strategy aligned to growth and priorities.
• Act as trusted HR partner to CEO and senior leaders.
• Lead and strengthen the Group HR function across sites.
• Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
• Build leadership capability and a high-performance culture.
• Support organisational change, transformation and integration.
