Job summary

Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Workforce Adviser to provide specialist HR support across the organisation. The role acts as the first point of contact for divisions, advising on employee relations, sickness absence and change management.

It supports the Workforce and OD People Strategy in a complex, multi-site, unionised setting, with close partnership with staff sides and managers.

Qualifications

• Level 5 CIPD qualification and CIPD membership.
• Postgraduate diploma or equivalent HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of modern HR and organisational development.
• Proven ability to advise managers in a complex, multi-site, unionised environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a specialist HR service and expert advice on HR and employee relations programmes across the organisation.
• Support delivery of the Workforce and OD People Strategy.
• Act as first point of contact for allocated divisions.
• Give specialist advice on employee relations, sickness absence and change management.
• Provide proactive, comprehensive operational workforce support to managers and staff.
• Support the efficient delivery of transformational change.
• Work under the guidance of the Workforce and Employee Relations Manager.
