Job summary

United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an HR Advisor to provide professional HR support across a wide range of workforce matters. You will work with managers, staff and Trade Union representatives to promote positive employment relations and staff wellbeing.

You will help deliver the Trust's Work Well Plan and People Plan, offering guidance on attendance, disciplinary matters and policy interpretation.

Qualifications

• Experience advising on employee relations, terms and conditions, recruitment issues.
• Experience advising managers and staff across HR issues.
• Knowledge of NHS terms and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional HR advice across workforce matters including employee relations and attendance management.
• Support delivery of the Trust's People Plan and organisational objectives.
• Coach managers to develop capability in people management.
• Interpret employment law and NHS policies to provide consistent advice.
