You will advise managers on sickness absence, disciplinary and grievance processes, and champion a just culture while providing development opportunities through CPD and team sessions. The role supports agile working, with on-site presence required at least 2 days a week, and close collaboration with Recruitment, Payroll and Temporary staffing.
