Job summary

• Experience in employee relations
• Ability to advise managers on disciplinary, grievance, capability, attendance and wellbeing matters
• Strong policy development and training delivery skills

Responsibilities

• Provide expert employee relations guidance to managers across Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust
• Manage a varied caseload of complex and sensitive employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, bullying and harassment cases
• Support ACAS conciliation and Employment Tribunal processes; prepare documentation and coordinate witness statements
• Interpret employment legislation and Trust policy to resolve issues promptly while promoting positive employee relations
• Manage Freedom of Information (FOI) requests, Subject Access Requests (SARs) and other reporting requirements
• Contribute to policy development, data analysis and workforce engagement initiatives
