Job summary

aaa Consulting is seeking a Senior HR Administrator to join our Aberdeen-based HR team. You will ensure accurate HR data, generate reports, and support payroll, onboarding, and compliance throughout the employee lifecycle.

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will drive continuous improvement and maintain data integrity. You will collaborate with the Product Support Team to resolve system issues, lead onboarding, and provide guidance to HR Administrators, contributing to a positive employee

Qualifications

• Relevant practical experience and education in HR or a related field.
• Proven experience in system administration and report building.
• Demonstrated customer service, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
• Previous line management experience.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a subject matter expert and custodian of employee data within the company’s People Data System.
• Ensuring data accuracy and completeness, conducting regular audits, and implementing necessary actions.
• Developing and maintaining a suite of standard reports to meet business needs, including manipulating Power BI reports.
• Collaborating with the external Product Support Team to resolve system issues and ensuring all system changes are tested prior to implementation.
• Preparing accurate contractual documentation throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Maintaining and updating employee records and assisting with payroll administration.
• Leading an effective onboarding process to ensure a positive experience for new hires.
• Managing the Health Surveillance Programme and coordinating benefit scheme renewals.
• Raising purchase orders for HR-related services.
• Supporting HR reporting and fulfilling ad-hoc requests.
• Driving a culture of continuous improvement within the HR function.
• Providing line management and guidance to HR Administrators.
