Job summary

Expro in Aberdeen is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to administer and optimize the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting across our international HR function.

You will manage user access, support HR processes, and rollout new HRIS functionality, working with global teams to enhance automation and compliance.

The role requires HR or information systems qualification and 2+ years experience, with SAP SuccessFactors experience preferred, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in HR and/or HRIS.
• Experience with HRIS configuration and data management.
• Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as custodian of the HRIS admin ticketing system and resolve issues.
• Maintain HR processes knowledge to ensure HRIS is fit for purpose.
• Stay updated on HRIS releases and communicate changes to HR team.
• Analyze requirements and automate HRIS processes.
• Assist with testing and rollout of HRIS functionality.
• Update HRIS user guides for HR, managers and employees.
• Coordinate user training with HR management and SME.
• Provide management reports and respond to ad hoc reporting requests.
• Undertake ad hoc HRIS projects.
• Ensure data privacy compliance and internal audits.
• Manage user access and security roles; drive automation across HR.
