L3Harris in the Brighton area is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support frontline employees and site leadership. This role will partner with HRBPs and COE to implement strategic HR initiatives across the Brighton site and planned relocations to nearby areas.

The successful candidate will drive talent management, workforce planning, performance, and compensation programs while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality in a security-minded environment.

Competenze

• Degree or CIPD qualification required.
• HRBP experience with increasing scope and responsibility."
• Strong communication, influencing and consulting skills.
• Professional integrity with high confidentiality and attention to detail.

• Serve as primary HR contact for frontline employees and leaders.
