PSD Group is seeking a Head Office HR Business Partner at Heathrow, London. You will provide strategic and operational HR support across Finance, HSSE, Commercial, Facilities and Procurement.

You will act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, managing employee relations, workforce planning, talent, performance, reward, payroll, HR systems and reporting, and deputise for the HR Director when required. This is an on-site role five days a week with some home-working flexibility.

Qualifikationen

• Proven generalist HR experience in a large corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading HR projects and change.
• Experience with payroll, HR systems, and reporting.
• Experience mentoring junior HR professionals.
