Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner in Brighton. You will provide day‑to‑day HR support, partnering with site leaders and HR teams to execute strategic HR initiatives across a matrix environment, including government contracting settings.

The role requires CIPD qualification or equivalent, a degree, and strong communication and analytics skills to enhance organisational capability and employee engagement. Evening and weekend availability not required.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified with substantial HR experience and CIPD qualification.
• Experience as an HR Business Partner with increasing scope, in matrix and government contracting environments.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, influencing, coaching, and consulting skills.
• High degree of integrity and confidentiality with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of HR systems such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, and SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary day‑to‑day HR contact for frontline employees, guiding on HR processes and policies.
• Partner with site leaders and HR teams to implement strategic initiatives.
• Drive enterprise strategies with the Division and Sector HR teams.
• Use analytics to provide proactive recommendations and solutions for talent initiatives.
• Identify and diagnose issues to improve employee engagement and experience.
• Build relationships with HRBPs to influence business priorities.
• Lead end‑to‑end talent management for site leadership, including workforce planning and performance management.
• Manage projects and change initiatives within and outside HR.
