Qualifications

• Significant experience operating as a HR Business Partner.
• Experience leading strategic organisational change, transformation or culture initiatives.
• Proven track record delivering strategic recruitment solutions with leaders to attract talent.
• Excellent commercial awareness and ability to balance business priorities with pragmatic HR advice.
• Outstanding stakeholder management with the confidence to influence senior leaders.
• Strong project management to lead complex people initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent experience.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel to client sites across the UK.

Responsibilities
