Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Havant is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to own HR initiatives, coach leaders, and drive change across multiple client groups in a complex environment.

You will partner with senior leaders on people issues, lead HR projects including TUPE, and ensure business-aligned people strategies while operating in a hybrid model with a minimum one day on site and a four-day work week.

Qualifications

• CIPD Qualified / Post grad qualification in Human Resource Management.
• Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialised training commensurate with assignment

Responsibilities

• Design and drive HR initiatives that align with business objectives across client groups.
• Act as trusted consultant and coach to leaders on HR matters.
• Lead HR projects including TUPE-related work.
• Provide full HR support and guidance to leaders across client groups.
• Partner with functional experts to develop integrated HR solutions.
