Formación

• Experience working in an HR advisory or generalist role.
• Experience providing HR advice on policies, procedures and people processes.
• Good knowledge of UK employment law and application in practice.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
• Support HR Business Partners in delivering people-related activity.
• Lead on employee relations cases with guidance as needed.

HR advisory experience
