Job summary

Executive Network Group is seeking an experienced HR Manager for a site-based role in North Wales. This hands-on, generalist position leads a small HR team, partners with operations, and drives HR strategy across the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting.

You will oversee ER, policy implementation, and change management while influencing stakeholders at all levels. CIPD Level 5+ is required and strong manufacturing experience is highly advantageous.

Qualifications

• Significant HR experience within manufacturing, FMCG, or blue-collar environments.
• Experience managing complex employee relations (ER)
• Proven leadership or mentoring of small teams
• Ambitious, autonomous mindset with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

• Lead on employee relations including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management while complying with UK employment law.
• Manage and develop a small HR team based on-site.
• Partner with operational leaders to coach managers and drive shop-floor HR practices.
• Drive organisational change, workforce planning and site transformation initiatives.
• Continuously improve HR policies, processes and systems.
