Job summary

Technical Network is seeking an on-site HR Manager to lead a small site HR team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will partner with operations to drive best practices across the full employee lifecycle and maintain strong ER handling on the shop floor.

The role requires experience in manufacturing/FMCG settings, CIPD Level 5 or above, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels while working autonomously.

Qualifications

• Significant HR experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or blue-collar environments.
• Experience in managing complex employee relations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a small HR team.

Responsibilities

• Lead on complex ER cases while ensuring UK employment law compliance.
• Manage and develop a small HR team on site.
• Coach floor managers to enhance people management and shop-floor visibility.
• Lead organisational change, workforce planning and site transformation initiatives.
• Drive HR policy and process improvements across the site.
