Ambitions Personnel is seeking an experienced HR Advisor for a maternity cover based in Belton near Grantham. The role reports to the Group HR Manager and supports HR across multiple sites, managing two HR Assistants and advising managers on employee relations and HR matters.

You will lead the implementation of a new HR and Time & Attendance system and contribute to HR strategy. The role requires hands-on HR operation experience, strong UK employment law knowledge, and prior people management

Qualifications

• Experienced HR Advisor with knowledge of UK employment law.
• Proven ability to manage HR operations across multiple sites.
• Experience implementing HR and Time & Attendance systems.
• People management or supervisory experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support two HR Assistants and oversee daily HR administration.
• Provide advice on disciplinary, grievance, attendance and conduct matters including investigations.
• Support recruitment across multiple sites, advertise roles and organise campaigns/events.
• Review and update job descriptions, HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee Occupational Health referrals and health assessments delivery.
• Lead onboarding, offboarding, absence management and employee relations.
