Job summary

Autocraft Solutions Group Ltd, Belton, Grantham, seeks an experienced HR Advisor for a maternity cover (9–12 months) to lead a small HR team and advise management on recruitment, policies, retention and performance across GB sites.

You will oversee the new HR/T&A system implementation, analyse data for improvements, and travel to Wellingborough and Birmingham sites as required. Hours are 37.5/week; part-time considered.

Qualifications

• Previous HR Advisor experience.
• Competent in UK employment law.
• Experience with HR and T&A systems, including implementing a new HR system.
• Multi-site experience.
• Previous management experience.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Line manage HR Assistants and oversee day-to-day HR transactions.
• Provide hands-on support for disciplinary, attendance, grievance or conduct issues; including supporting management in relevant meetings, investigations and steps.
• Overseeing Occupational Health referrals and assessments.
• Support recruitment across multiple sites and manage job adverts and liaising with external platforms.
• Develop recruitment campaigns and organise events.
• Organise apprenticeships, work experience, or other educational provision.
• Monitor employee engagement and KPIs and identify improvements.
• Collate data from HR systems and report to management.
• Lead strategy planning with the HR manager and update policies.
• Provide full HR Generalist support across GB sites including payroll benefits and onboarding/offboarding.
• Produce monthly and quarterly KPIs.
• Travel to other sites as required.
• Lead the implementation of the new HR and T&A system.
