The role focuses on providing expert guidance across a wide range of ER matters, supporting managers and leaders with investigations, disciplinary and absence processes, and ensuring compliant, fair outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering guidance across a broad range of employee relations matters.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practice.
• Experience managing a broad range of ER cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident stakeholder management with the ability to influence.
• Pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with commercial awareness.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on investigations, disciplinary and grievance cases, absence management and other ER matters.
• Coach managers to handle people issues consistently and compliantly.
• Support investigations, hearings and appeals as required.
• Identify trends and advise on preventive solutions with the People team.
• Build strong relationships with managers and stakeholders across the business.
