Job summary

The role leads on key areas such as Agenda for Change, Equality and Diversity, Recruitment and HR communications, while supporting HR Business Partners in change management.

The post holder will manage an operational caseload, provide policy and procedures guidance, and ensure services meet SLAs and KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Handle referred grievance, disciplinary and capability cases up to tribunal preparation
• Assist investigations and prepare documentation for hearings with managers
• Assist in development and review of employment policies
