Job summary

Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an experienced HR Advisor with a strong employee relations background to join the HR Team. You will handle conduct, sickness absence, performance and resolution cases while providing practical HR guidance to clinical and non-clinical managers.

Extensive experience in a unionised environment, a CIPD Level 5 qualification, and the ability to manage a heavy workload within required timescales are essential.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification with significant ER casework experience.
• Experience in independently managing a wide range of employee relations cases.
• Ability to prioritise heavy workload and adhere to required timescales.
• Experience in giving general HR advice and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Manage conduct, sickness absence, performance and resolution cases.
• Provide high quality generalist HR advice to service managers.
• Support managers with investigations and presentation of cases.
• Advise on organisational change and NHS terms and conditions of service.
• Operate within a hybrid working model from home and site base.
