Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust is seeking an experienced HR Investigator to handle referred individual grievance, disciplinary and capability cases across formal stages up to tribunal preparation. You will work with managers to prepare documentation for hearings and contribute to policy development and legislative change responses.

This role involves active involvement in investigations, ensuring robust processes and consistent application of organisational policies.
