Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience in a complex organisation.
• Experience advising on HR policy and case work in a unionised environment is advantageous.
• Must be well organised with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to managers and colleagues across the Trust.
• Efficient management of an employee relations caseload with timely updates on CaseworkER.
• Contribute to ongoing development of the HR Solutions offering.
• Update and review HR policies and supporting documentation for thorough implementation.
