Job summary

Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an HR Advisor to join our Employee Relations Team. You will provide professional HR advice across disciplinary, grievance, attendance management and change processes, working with managers to resolve people issues and ensure legal compliance.

The role requires CIPD qualification or active study towards an HR qualification, strong communication, and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience providing HR advisory guidance to managers and staff.
• Sound understanding of employment law and policy compliance.
• CIPD qualification or active study towards recognised HR qualification.

Responsibilities
